Shipping Time

Address Changes
We are unable to change the shipping address once your order has shipped. We kindly ask that you double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

Lost or Stolen Packages
WOYAZA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please contact your local shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
