Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to return an item from the date you receive it.
Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placement. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible for assistance.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
If any returned item is soiled or damaged by you, it will not be accepted.
Upon receiving the package, WOYAZA will determine whether the returned product is in as-new condition. No return will be accepted if the item has been visibly used or damaged, making it unsuitable for resale.
You may not request compensation or refund outside of this policy.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or has a severe defect. (We do not ship products with serious quality issues.)
Shipping Fee Rule
You are responsible for return shipping fees up to a maximum of $80 USD. If the actual return shipping cost exceeds $80 USD, we will cover the amount beyond $80 USD. (For example, if the return shipping fee is $90 USD, you will pay $80 USD, and we will cover the remaining $10 USD.) Our contribution to return shipping will be added back to your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, so your package can be safely delivered back to us without issues.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please send an email with your order number and reason for return to wowo@woyaza.com. The email must include:

Your last name
Delivery address
Email address associated with the order
If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how to return your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please make sure your item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transportation. Items must be unworn and unused.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will review the issue and make it right as soon as possible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.

Self-Pickup Orders
If a parcel is not collected within the required timeframe after arrival at the pickup point, it may be automatically returned to us.
In this case, all related costs (including return shipping fees and any applicable handling charges) will be deducted from your refund.
If you request reshipment, additional shipping fees will apply and must be paid before the order is shipped again.
We recommend tracking your delivery updates and collecting your package on time to avoid unnecessary costs.
