Shipping Time
- Packages are sent out of the China. In most case, orders will be deliveryed during 7-10 business days.
- If you choose our Express Priority shipping option, delivery time is typically faster—about 3-7 business days.
- Delays: Shipping timelines can be affected by high volumes, seasonal demands, and carrier delays due to events such as weather. Please consider these delays when placing your order as we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date during these periods.
Address Changes
We are unable to change the shipping address once your order has shipped. We kindly ask that you double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
Lost or Stolen Packages
WOYAZA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please contact your local shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
